Shipping policy

Processing Time - All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Times - We currently ship to the United Kingdom only. Estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days after dispatch.

Please note these are estimates and occasional delays may occur due to factors outside our control.

Tracking - Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–3 days for tracking information to update.

Lost or Delayed Orders - If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at hello@leganza.co.uk and we'll be happy to help.

Note - Your order may occasionally arrive in separate packages. This is completely normal and nothing to worry about.
